Crisis Response Coordinator Service

The government authority in Alaska requires a vendor to provide a crisis response coordinator to support project management, partner coordination, data collection, and communication across crisis response providers. The selected vendor must facilitate meetings, assist in coordinating system partners—including behavioral health and crisis service providers, health care entities, first responders, and law enforcement—track and report outcomes, and identify service gaps and system needs. Additionally, the coordinator must continue Dispatch and Response coordination work to ensure Public Safety Answering Points, the 988 system, Mobile Crisis Teams, and first responders collaborate effectively. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore, USA organizations only. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 9, 2026, and may submit responses digitally through email or online. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
