The buyer requires translation, proofreading, layout, formatting, and revision services seven days a week and as needed. The contractor must provide competent translators who passed the agency test, possess relevant language proficiency, and receive ongoing professional development. The buyer also requires the capability to lay out translated text in digital formats for online advertisements, PDFs, social media, and other digital materials. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore may bid. The contractor will perform all work offsite.
