Interpreter and Translation Services

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver timely, professional, pre-scheduled, and on-demand interpreter and translation services for individuals and groups with limited English proficiency. The scope encompasses written professional translations along with on-site, over-the-phone, and video remote interpreting, including American Sign Language. Required languages include ASL, Russian, and Spanish, alongside ten preferred languages, ten specific dialects, and all other available languages. Performance of the work occurs both offsite and onsite. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA vendors. The evaluation process applies preferences to Health Care Interpreter proposers currently contracted with PacificSource Community Solutions and Court Interpreter proposers who use qualified interpreters under Oregon statutes and certification programs. The buyer seeks proposal pricing for a one-year contract period. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 8, 2026.
