Distributed Wind Technical Advisors Services

The government authority in Washington, DC needs a vendor to provide distributed wind technical advisors services for offsite performance. The selected vendor must serve as a program advisor on the technical advisory committee by attending six to eight meetings per year with required preparation and follow-up. Additionally, the contractor must review and comment on program technical resources, including zoning recommendations, wind certification, safety, codes, standards, permitting, and inspection. These technical advisors must identify best practices and define requirements for local governments to demonstrate best practice implementation to earn national recognition and designation. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
