RFI for Human Trafficking Care Coordination Services

The buyer requires a vendor to implement and administer an established trauma-informed human trafficking care coordination model for children and youth victims in Louisiana. The selected entity must coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate emergency responses and case meetings, and deliver training, community engagement, performance measurement, data collection, and quality improvement activities. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit responses for this offsite work. Vendors can submit their responses digitally through email or online. All questions were due by September 18, 2026. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget and refine a future procurement process.
