Records Management System and Computer Aided Dispatch Solutions

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a fully integrated, cloud-based or vendor-hosted Records Management System (RMS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), and Field Reporting/Mobile CAD solution. The required scope includes real-time bi-directional synchronization, secure mobile field access, public-safety data analytics, state and federal system integrations, AVL and mapping, AI transcription, evidence management with automated disposition notifications, public records management, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and Genetec. To remain eligible, bidders must be an onshore US organization. The winning vendor will perform work onsite under a three-year contract. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
