Chugach Electric Association, Inc. requires janitorial services for its facilities in Anchorage, Alaska, with work scheduled to commence on December 1, 2026. The scope of work encompasses base bid services and add alternates across South Campus, North Campus, and Sullivan Plant locations, including weekly cleaning of specific leased properties until they are occupied. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory onsite pre-bid walkthrough on September 29, 2026, after confirming attendance by 5:00 PM Alaska Time on September 28, 2026. Evaluation criteria award up to 100 total points based on annual cost (30 points), company and team profile (25 points), past contracts (25 points), value engineering suggestions (10 points), cover letter (5 points), and references (5 points).
