Impartial Hearing Officers Service

The Texas Workforce Commission requires a vendor to provide vocational rehabilitation impartial hearing officers (IHO) services in Austin, Texas. Requested work includes reviewing customer appeals, issuing orders, conducting pre-hearing conferences and mediations, holding administrative hearings, managing pre- and post-hearing litigation, developing hearing records, and evaluating testimony, evidence, and transcripts. The contractor must perform work offsite and onsite, including limited, as-needed travel throughout Texas. Only onshore, United States-only vendors are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026. The buyer specifies a contract term of one year and requests proposals for the budget.
