Web Based, Transportation Routing and Planning Hosted Solution

The buyer requires a web-based, transportation routing and planning hosted solution that includes a GPS system. The vendor must manage routing and administrative functions seamlessly, aggregate data management, reduce batch updates, and streamline training. Additionally, the system must create in-zone, specialized, vocational, out-of-district, and multiple drop-off routes, handle curb-to-curb and field trip routing, integrate directly with PowerSchool SIS and the GPS system, and offer parent communication solutions. Only onshore bidders located in the USA are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026. The contract period will run for one year.
