Commercial Telephone Services

The buyer needs a contractor to provide commercial telephone services to a government authority located in Norfolk, VA. The requested scope requires a comprehensive contract for the complete replacement of existing time-division multiplexing commercial telephony services with an Internet Protocol based solution, preferably Voice over IP. The contractor must perform offsite work, installing and providing long-term support for a system supporting approximately 19,773 endpoints that includes local and long-distance dialing, voicemail, caller ID, E911, and various call management features. USA organizations categorized as Women-Owned Small Businesses are eligible to bid. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and they must include a signed page 1 of the solicitation and any amendments. The evaluation centers on Volume I, Factor I - Price, requiring bidders to submit fully burdened monthly rates and extended prices on all line items in Attachment XI. Bidders must assume a contract term consisting of a 5-year ordering period with a 6-month option period to extend services under FAR 52.217-8.
