Stormwater Program Funding and Proposition Services

The City of San Leandro seeks a consultant to provide stormwater program funding and proposition services. The selected vendor must initiate the project by reviewing city plans and data, evaluate multi-year financial needs and funding structures, and administer statistically valid community opinion research. The required scope also includes a cost-of-service and rate fee study, Proposition 218 noticing and balloting implementation, and community outreach and education.
