Environmental Industrial Hygiene and Hazardous Materials Consulting Services

Pasadena Area Community College District requires professional environmental industrial hygiene and hazardous materials consulting services on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes hazardous materials investigations, construction support, site monitoring, pre-bid job walks, bidding assistance, and project closeout. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit one electronic copy labeled "RFP # 27005 Submittal" through the District’s PlanetBids Portal by 10:00 A.M. on Friday, October 23, 2026. The District will not accept oral, telegraphic, facsimile, telephone, or email submittals. Bidders must post written questions to the PlanetBids portal Q&A section by 4:00 P.M. on Monday, October 12, 2026. The District evaluates proposals out of 120 total points based on related experience (20 points), qualifications (25 points), proposal responsiveness (20 points), proposed costs (15 points), references and past performance (5 points), certifications and staffing capacity (15 points), and agreement or insurance exceptions (20 points). Discretionary interviews can add up to 50 points, bringing the maximum score to 170 points.
