Professional Planning and Zoning Consultant Services

The City of Eastpointe seeks a planning and zoning consultant to provide technical compliance reviews of plans and elevations, conduct field reconnaissance, and perform research on land development standards. The City evaluates proposals based on 100 total points across experience, community similarity, staff qualifications, methodology, understanding of work, and proposal completeness.
