Tax Counsel Services

The Borough of Fort Lee needs an onshore USA organization to provide tax counsel services on an as-needed, onsite basis during 2027. Interested bidders must provide evidence of compliance with affirmative action requirements, submit an executed Letter of Intent, and provide a copy of their Business Registration Certificate confirming appropriate federal and state licenses. Bidders must submit one original and two bound, signed copies of their Qualification Statement to the Designated Contact Person via mail or hand delivery by October 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The Borough strictly prohibits facsimile and email submissions. The Borough evaluates Qualification Statements based on the bidder's experience and reputation in the field, availability to accommodate required meetings, and cost proposal. Weightings for these evaluation criteria will be provided to respondents after receipt of submissions but prior to the public opening.
