Bond Counsel Services

The Borough of Fort Lee seeks qualification statements from interested persons or firms to provide bond counsel services on an as-needed basis. Bidders will perform bond counsel services onsite in Fort Lee, NJ during 2027. Only onshore USA organizations with appropriate federal and state licenses, a Business Registration Certificate, and demonstrated compliance with affirmative action requirements are eligible to bid. Respondents must submit an original and two bound, signed copies of their qualification statement by mail or hand delivery to the designated contact person by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026. The Borough prohibits facsimile and email submissions. The Borough evaluates qualification statements to determine the most advantageous proposal based on experience and reputation, availability for required meetings, and a cost proposal. The Borough will determine criteria weightings and share them after receiving submissions but before the public opening. The solicitation document does not state a budget or question deadlines.
