Bond Counsel Service

The Town of Pulaski seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive bond counsel, bond closure, document preparation, and bond legal services. Eligible respondents must be onshore USA organizations, and the selected firm will perform the work offsite under a year-long agreement with up to four additional renewal years. Bidders must submit responses digitally via email or online, or deliver them to the Town of Pulaski Engineering Department by 2:00 PM on October 16, 2026. The buyer evaluates proposals based on project understanding, firm qualifications, past experience with similar projects and the owner, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and the ability to provide cost-effective completion. All submitters must participate in a mandatory interview panel scheduled individually over the two weeks following the submission deadline.
