Janitorial Services

The buyer requires a USA-based vendor to provide onsite janitorial and custodial services for a facility located in Danville, Virginia. The requested scope includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, cleaning mirrors, polishing chrome fixtures, replenishing restroom consumables, emptying trash, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping and mopping hard surfaces. Additionally, the contractor must spot-clean walls, doors, baseboards, and glass surfaces, as well as perform floor stripping, waxing, and buffing where applicable. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 15, 2026.
