The government authority located in San Diego, CA requires a highly experienced, multi-disciplinary consulting team to provide rate studies consulting services. The requested scope includes assisting in developing four separate but related fee studies, project initiation and management, baseline data collection and review, researching regional solid waste management services, costs, and fees, preparing recycling and diversion incentives analysis and options, conducting outreach and engagement, and analyzing data to prepare Fee Schedules. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit an electronic signed proposal through the PlanetBids portal by the closing date, ensuring each uploaded file does not exceed 150MB, though original hard copies may be required prior to contract execution.
