Property Manager Service

The University of Washington requires ongoing property management, maintenance coordination, and facility support for the Airlift Northwest Wenatchee Base located in East Wenatchee, Washington. The selected property manager must oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, coordinate routine property services, and handle general operational needs such as 24x7 availability, work-order tracking, vendor coordination, recordkeeping, and operating-expense management. Local property management firms available for work in Washington State and organized within the United States are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through the Workday Strategic Sourcing portal by October 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by October 6, 2026. Bidders must include a written proposal narrative limited to 20 single-sided pages using at least an 11-point font. The buyer will evaluate responsive proposals based on Firm Experience and Qualifications (25%), Pricing Proposal (25%), and a Pass/Fail review of required documents. The buyer may also require vendors to participate in an interview or presentation, combining that score with the proposal score to select the successful vendor.
