School Meals Access and Equity Program Service

The County of Somerset in Somerville, NJ requires a vendor for the Fueling Futures Somerset County: School Meals Access & Equity Program. The requested scope includes designing culturally and linguistically responsive outreach campaigns, integrating food insecurity screening into school touchpoints, training school staff, establishing referral pathways with food assistance organizations, and convening cross-sector partners. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit sealed proposals on standard proposal forms to Purchasing Agent Melissa A. Kosensky by October 14, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026. An evaluation team will evaluate proposals based on understanding of the requested work, knowledge and technical competence, management, experience and personnel qualifications, ability to complete services in a timely manner, and cost. The governing body will award the contract to the highest-ranking respondent based on the most advantageous price and other factors.
