Senior Staff Attorney Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide senior staff attorney services. The selected vendor must serve as legal counsel, coordinate daily departmental staff activities, render legal opinions, conduct research, prepare legal documents, and attend county commission meetings, hearings, and staff meetings. The vendor will also represent assigned departments in personnel matters and tax appeals, analyze legislation, and advise county officials. To be eligible to bid, vendors must be located onshore within the USA. The performance of the work will be onsite, and the buyer is looking for proposal responses regarding the budget.
