Training and Technical Assistance Program Services

The Bureau of Justice Assistance requires training and technical assistance program services for the BJA FY 2026 Tribal Justice Training and Technical Assistance Program. The selected vendor must provide offsite support to grantees, including foundational orientation to 100% of new grantees within 90 days of award, intensive technical assistance to approximately 280 and 70 grantees, and on-site and virtual training. Requested services involve supporting grantees with tribal codes, intergovernmental collaboration, prevention and treatment for substance-driven crime, criminogenic needs of offenders, and specialized public safety support for Alaska Native Villages. Eligible bidders are USA organizations (onshore only). Applicants must complete the SF-424 in Grants.gov by October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET, and submit the full application in JustGrants by October 28, 2026, at 8:59 p.m. ET. BJA evaluates applications based on Description of the Need (5%), Project Goals and Objectives (15%), Project Design and Implementation (35%), Capabilities and Competencies (30%), and the Web-Based Budget Detail Worksheet (15%).
