Second Chance Act Youth Reentry Program Services

The U.S. Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention requires youth reentry program services. The selected vendor must implement or expand community-based youth reentry programs by partnering with corrections, parole, probation, and other service providers. The scope includes developing and executing comprehensive pre- and post-release case management and reentry plans based on validated risk and needs assessment tools. USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Category 1 applicants must provide a 50 percent nonfederal match from cash or in-kind sources. Evaluators assess applications using criteria outlined in the Application Resource Guide, with the budget representing 15 percent of the total score. Applicants must submit the SF-424 in Grants.gov by November 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET, and submit the full application in JustGrants by November 9, 2026, at 8:59 p.m. ET.
