Cost Estimating Consultant Services

The buyer requires a consultant to deliver independent cost estimating, cost validation, benchmarking, and advisory support for its municipal infrastructure portfolio in Lethbridge. The scope encompasses procurement and startup, a Cost Management Plan, design milestone estimates, estimate reconciliations, GMP validation, construction phase support, and closeout lessons learned. Only Canadian onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and vendors must register on the issuing authority's website to download the unwatermarked RFP. Bidders will perform the contracted work offsite. Bidders must submit all questions by October 9, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposals regarding the budget.
