The City of Falls City seeks a qualified administrator or service provider to assist with applying for and administering Texas Community Development Block Grant agreements through the Texas Department of Agriculture. The selected vendor will support regional first priority water, sewer, and flood drainage improvement projects under the 2027 Community Development Fund, as well as the 2028 Community Development Fund if offered. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the buyer encourages Section 3 residents, business concerns, minority, small, veteran, and women business enterprises to submit proposals. Bidders must submit their proposals and statements of qualifications electronically in PDF format to Joyce Pawelek at [email protected]. The buyer must receive all submissions no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
