Stormwater Master Plan Service

Park City Municipal Corporation invites qualified onshore USA organizations to submit proposals to update the city's Stormwater Master Plan. The required scope includes updating field data from the city's GIS for modeling main drainage pipes, culverts, and open channels, identifying GIS data deficiencies to improve modeling accuracy, and preparing an updated GIS map of existing state, private, and public storm drain systems within city boundaries. Work performance will occur offsite. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place by October 1, 2026, at 3:00 pm MDT. Written questions must be submitted to the same website by September 25, 2026, at 5:00 pm. The project deadline runs from 6 to 12 months from contract negotiation to directly inform the city's 2028 Capital Improvement Plan.
