The chosen firm must handle content creation, copy, graphic design, layout, ad integration, and all ad sales aspects, including pricing, billing, and revenue collection. The guide must contain event listings, venue schedules, articles, ad listings, and a usable map. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit digital proposals by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2026, via email or online submission. Written questions are due by 5:00 PM on September 15, 2026. Proposals must not exceed 20 pages per project component and must detail qualifications, relevant experience, work strategy, three prior works, and an itemized cost proposal. The maximum available budget for this project is $26,000, covering all labor, management, materials, research, and printing. The Crooked Road reserves the right to negotiate the final scope, budget, ad pricing, and revenue sharing.
