The City of Big Bear Lake requires a vendor to design, furnish, and execute a musically synchronized custom aerial fireworks display on July 4 starting at approximately 9:00 p.m. The contractor must provide a pyrotechnics superintendent present for setup and the event, launch the land-based display toward a viewing point 680 to 700 feet away, ensure a minimum 22-minute show with no more than 5 seconds between shots, and clean up all debris the following morning.
