Financial Audit Services

Saskatchewan Polytechnic requires a vendor to provide annual financial audit services for its financial statements, starting with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. The audit must comply with the requirements of The Provincial Auditor Act. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Interested proponents must submit questions by October 9, 2026, and send their completed proposals digitally through email or online by the submission deadline of October 19, 2026. Proposals are evaluated based on rated criteria including experience and qualifications, pricing, cost effectiveness, and cost-saving proposals. The pricing submission must include an hourly rate breakdown by staff level, an annual lump sum cost, and a proposed fixed annual fee budget.
