Human Resources and Employee Benefits Consultant Services

The City of Duluth seeks a vendor to provide human resources and employee benefits consultant services on behalf of the Joint Powers Enterprise. The requested scope includes account management and client services, core services, health and benefits strategy support, wellness strategy support, plan management, and implementation services. Only USA organizations performing offsite work are eligible to bid. Evaluation relies on a 100-point scale weighted on prior experience with similar work (30%) and cost (20%).
