Nashwaak Rural Community requires a single contractor for the redesign, hosting, migration, and ongoing technical management of its municipal website, alongside comprehensive managed information technology services. The scope includes delivering a WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant, mobile-responsive website with online forms, site-wide search, emergency notices, and link preservation. Additionally, the contractor must manage Google Workspace, Gmail, accounts, devices, software, system documentation, and cybersecurity controls, with work performed offsite. Only Canadian organizations demonstrated to legally carry on business in New Brunswick are eligible. The initial contract term runs from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions, a website launch deadline of March 31, 2027, and no stated budget.
