CDBG Programs and Activities Administration Services

The Town of Yarmouth seeks qualified professional firms, agencies, organizations, and municipalities to provide administration services for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects and activities for Program Year 2026. Sub-recipients must perform the work on site and administer the sub-grant in accordance with CDBG program and federal requirements governing financial management, documentation, record-keeping, procurement, relocation, real property acquisition, civil rights, affirmative action, labor laws, and environmental conditions. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA vendors who satisfy all minimum criteria, including being an established entity, meeting at least one CDBG national objective, and fulfilling local objectives. Proposers must submit written questions to [email protected] at least seven days before the due date. Bidders must submit a Technical Proposal and a separately sealed Price Proposal using the designated response forms; digital submissions are accepted via email or online. Technical proposals must meet the minimum criteria to be further evaluated. Budgeted funds for the services include up to $20,391 for public services, $118,830 for public facility improvements, and $60,847 for affordable housing.
