Attorney Legal Services

Warren County, North Carolina requests proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms licensed to practice law in North Carolina to provide interim County attorney legal services. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite to cover the temporary absence of the County Attorney. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid for this opportunity. Bidders must submit their proposals to Warren County by 5:00 PM on October 7, 2026. Warren County will open all submitted proposals at the Warren County Administrative Office in Warrenton, NC at 4:00 PM on October 8, 2026. The anticipated contract term runs from October 20, 2026 through March 31, 2027 at the latest, though the County may extend or modify this period based on operational needs. Warren County may accept one or more proposals or reject all proposals, while specific evaluation criteria, question deadlines, and budget figures are unstated.
