Municipal Waterfront Destinations Operate, Manage, Maintain, Market and Enhance Services

The City of Daytona Beach requires a qualified marina management firm to operate, manage, maintain, market, and enhance Halifax Harbor Marina. The selected strategic partner will handle day-to-day operations and long-term success, including wet slips, dry storage, fuel services, retail operations, maximizing occupancy and revenue, preserving public assets, and supporting long-range capital planning. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors can attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on October 2, 2026, and must submit all questions by October 22, 2026. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online. The City evaluates proposals based on firm experience, qualifications, organizational capacity, technical approach, and financial capability to determine responsiveness and award the contract.
