Special Magistrate Services

Collier County requires a special magistrate to conduct quasi-judicial hearings and administer, enforce, and decide cases involving applicable county codes and ordinances. The selected vendor must handle code enforcement citations, resolve payment disputes, and impose administrative fines and noncriminal penalties to support community health, safety, and welfare offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders may submit responses digitally through email or online, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 6, 2026. The contract period will run for two years, and the buyer is currently seeking proposals for the budget.
