Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations Services- Budget - Up to 125,000 USD

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners seeks qualified companies to provide professional advertising, marketing, and public relations services for economic development. The selected vendor must establish modern brand messaging, deliver a communications toolkit, produce promotional collateral, design media and conference campaigns, and recommend a strategic marketing mix. Additional responsibilities include creating annual and long-range marketing action plans, producing print, video, and digital collateral, developing media plans targeted at key industry sectors and site selectors, and overseeing website content and interactivity enhancements. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and out-of-state corporations must provide evidence of authority to do business in Florida alongside a Florida state contractor license. Vendors must submit proposals electronically in a searchable PDF format through the procurement portal by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on October 12, 2026. All questions must be submitted through the procurement portal by 12:00 PM on October 2, 2026. County staff will evaluate valid submissions considering responder qualifications, experience, and subcontractors, with an alternate evaluator resolving any ties. The contract period will run for three years, and the budget allocation is up to 125,000 USD. Work performance will occur offsite.
