Government Relations Services

The City of Lodi seeks a results-driven government relations firm to deliver state, federal, or combined state and federal government relations services. The selected consultant must perform strategic policy management—including policy monitoring, analysis, and strategic guidance—as well as advocacy, meeting coordination with legislators, and the creation of a detailed annual strategy and work plan. Eligible bidders must be based onshore in the United States and execute work offsite. Vendors can email questions to [email protected] until October 9, 2026. The contract term is one year, and the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the fee structure and budget.
