Property Management Services

The San Bernardino County Community Development and Housing Department requires property management services for the Homekey Housing Project. The selected contractor must manage all aspects of property management for the facility, including daily operations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor management, safety and security, unit turnover, emergency response, and compliance with HOME-ARP requirements. Work must be performed on-site, and the contractor must provide a property management staff member who resides at the property for the duration of the agreement. Bidders must be located onshore within the USA and possess demonstrated experience managing permanent supportive housing, Homekey housing, affordable housing, or service-enriched housing for formerly homeless individuals with complex needs. Attendance at a mandatory proposal conference is set for October 6, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. The contract term is one year, and the budget states looking for proposal.
