Recycling Processing and Marketing Services

The City of Kokomo Board of Public Works and Safety requires a contractor to provide offsite recycling processing and marketing services. The selected vendor must accept recyclable materials delivered by city collection vehicles, weigh and document the materials, process them into marketable commodities, manage residue, market recovered commodities, and provide reporting and operational support. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Bidders must obtain specifications and the approved bid form from the Board of Works' Office and submit their bids alongside a financial statement. Bidders must deliver completed proposals to the City Board of Works' Office on the third floor of City Hall in Kokomo, Indiana, prior to 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. on October 14, 2026. Bids received after this deadline will be returned unopened.
