Marketing, Advertising and Community Media Relations Services

Hudson County Community College seeks proposals from qualified vendors for RFP No. 09-28-26 MACS to provide comprehensive marketing, advertising, and community media relations services. The requested scope includes strategic consultation, media relations, digital and website assistance, advertising development, and community and government relations liaison services. Offsite performance is permitted, but vendors must attend regular and special meetings at the college virtually or in person as requested. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations. Vendors must submit sealed quotation proposal responses by mail or recognized delivery service to Jeff Roberson, Jr., Director of Contracts and Procurement, in Jersey City, New Jersey, by October 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Submissions must include a Contractor Vendor Questionnaire/Certification, a notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Quotation Proposal Form, and a Disclosure of Investment Activities form. The college is looking for pricing proposals, and equal prices will be awarded based on the response deemed most advantageous, considering price and other factors.
