Clinical Guidance and Training Services

Santa Fe County seeks a vendor to provide onsite clinical guidance and training services for navigators within the connect Network, as well as interdisciplinary team development and meeting facilitation in Santa Fe, NM. The requested scope includes developing a framework promoting trauma-informed care, client engagement, person-centered planning, and professional boundaries; facilitating a minimum of 50 hours of guidance per quarter; and integrating professional development into six navigation meetings. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations. Offerors must submit one response, limited to 15 pages, with the preferred delivery method being electronically via Dropbox or alternatively as one original and four physical copies. Cost proposals must be submitted in a separate file or sealed envelope containing firm, fixed hourly rates using Appendix D. Bidders must submit questions by October 7, 2026, following a pre-bid meeting on October 2, 2026. The contract term is one year. An evaluation committee will score proposals based on a 1,000-point scale evaluating Introduction (100), Clinical Competence/Experience (200), Approach/Ability (250), Evidence of Understanding Scope of Work (300), and Past Record of Performance (150), alongside applicable business certificate preference points.
