After Hours Telephone Answering and Coverage Service

The State of Maine Department of the Attorney General needs a vendor to provide offsite, non-business hours telephone answering and coverage services for the Office of Chief Medical Examiner. The scope requires receiving death reports, collecting decedent demographics, scene information, medical and social history, and contact details, alongside performing documentation, data entry, call logging, and case coordination. Coverage is needed from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, all weekend hours, and 13 annual holidays. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid.
