Trust Workshops Development and Facilitation Service

The Colorado Department of Natural Resources, on behalf of Colorado Parks and Wildlife, seeks qualified individuals and firms to develop and conduct a mix of in-person and virtual trust workshops for staff and external partners. The buyer needs facilitators to provide tools for building trust, defining partnership, and managing effective partnerships, and the department may award the contract to single or multiple offerors. Eligible bidders must be United States onshore organizations. Bidders must submit questions by email to Agency Buyer Klay Tolleson no later than September 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM MDT, and responses can be submitted digitally via email or online. The state evaluates proposals on a Met/Not Met basis for mandatory qualification requirements, and an evaluation committee determines the award based on price and the evaluation factors in the request for proposal to select the most advantageous offeror. Bidders must provide a per-session price for both workshop formats, including an itemized breakdown of planning costs and an overall total, with prices remaining firm for at least 180 days following the submission deadline.
