Parking Facilities Management Services

The Geo. L. Smith II Georgia World Congress Center Authority requires a preferred contractor to deliver comprehensive parking facilities management services for its parking assets in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected firm must manage day-to-day operations, event traffic, parking technology, customer service, revenue collection, financial controls, marketing, and data analytics while providing supervisory oversight and staffing. Eligible proposers must be active legal entities licensed to do business in Georgia, qualify as onshore USA organizations, and possess a minimum of five consecutive years of experience managing parking facilities. A mandatory pre-bid meeting occurs on October 13, 2026, and all questions are due by October 15, 2026. Proposers must submit a financial proposal detailing a fixed annual management fee for each year of the initial contract term, which spans an initial period with three optional one-year renewals.
