LED Lighting Project Service

Bulloch County Schools seeks a contractor to deliver a turnkey LED lighting project in Statesboro, Georgia. The selected vendor must audit, design, engineer, retrofit, and replace existing outdated lighting systems with modern LED solutions to lower energy consumption, lessen generated heat, and decrease energy costs. Only USA organizations attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 21, 2026, at 239 Beasley Road are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit typed or ink-written proposals in sealed envelopes labeled "LED Lighting Project RFP." Bidders must state cost as an all-inclusive base bid sum incorporating a 10% general contingency allowance, with separate price breakdowns per location. The buyer evaluates proposals using a 100-point scale assessing content, thoroughness, clarity, and organized responses to specified sections. Work must reach substantial completion within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date.
