Executive Search Service for Director

The University of San Diego requires a reputable executive search firm to conduct a national search to recruit and hire the Craig Noel Director of the Old Globe and University of San Diego Shiley Graduate Theatre Program. The selected search firm will partner with the Search Committee to recruit, vet, and present qualified candidates for the one-year contract, which may be updated or extended to include additional searches. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Vendors must register and submit electronic proposals through Unimarket by October 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST, or submit digitally via email or online. Questions must be submitted to the procurement team by October 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST. Evaluation will select the most advantageous proposal based on factors including general and detailed approaches, documented experience on similar contracts, team qualifications, ability to meet needs, and quoted price or fees.
