Actuarial Valuations Services for Police and Fire Plans

The City of Vancouver, Washington, seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals for RFP # 50-26 to deliver actuarial valuation services. The selected contractor must provide professional actuarial valuations for two single-employer defined benefit pension plans in accordance with Governmental Accounting Standards, along with other related services on an as-needed basis. These valuations must supply adequate information for the buyer to report financial activity consistent with GASB 67, 68, and 75 requirements offsite.
