Restorative and Transformative Justice Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a restorative and transformative justice pilot program for youth and communities to a government authority located in Newark, NJ. The requested scope involves developing an innovative restorative and transformative justice continuum of care that features a restorative justice hub and community-based enhanced wraparound services. These services must encompass mental health support, substance use disorder treatment and recovery, education support, employment services, housing support, and financial literacy and debt support services. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit bids for this project. Bidders must perform the required work offsite and may submit their responses digitally through email or online platforms.
