The Department of City Development of the City of Milwaukee is seeking qualified real estate brokers to serve as listing agents for city-owned, tax-foreclosed residential properties, with options to list commercial properties and vacant lots. Brokers must regularly monitor properties, conduct physical visits and exterior walks, submit condition reports, schedule and open properties for inspectors or appraisers, and sign a conflict-of-interest statement. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Submit questions in writing to Celeste Jantz by October 7, 2026, at 4:45 p.m. CDT. Proposers must submit proposals digitally via email to [email protected] by October 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CDT. Staff evaluate proposals based on REO listing and selling experience, commercial and vacant lot experience, MLS listing quality, and reference quality, with point incentives applied for qualified Local Business Enterprises and Socially Responsible Contractors. The contract term is three years, and the buyer is looking for proposal pricing.
