Temporary Staffing Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver an enterprise-wide temporary staffing solution. The required scope encompasses locum tenens/allied health (~6 FTEs annually), non-clinical/professional staffing (~40 FTEs annually), and executive staffing (~3 FTEs annually). The selected provider will oversee agency partners, handle requisition intake,candidate tracking, rate benchmarking, credentialing, and onboarding, while complying with New York State procurement and EEO requirements. Work performance must occur onsite. Only USA organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit questions by October 12, 2026, and digital proposals via email or online. Roswell Park evaluates proposals based on vendor capabilities, mandatory signed forms, an EEO policy statement and staffing plan, and the nature of any requested redlines to the sample agreement. The contract term spans five years, and the buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
